Notes:
We were not present for this hearing since it was a pretrial readiness conference.  We got this information AFTER the hearing.
On 2/3/16 the defendant’s attorney said she would plead guilty to the charges if the court would give her 30 days to get her affairs in order. Judge Bell refused and the defendant plead not guilty. The sentence she agreed to in this hearing added 30 days to the original plea bargain of 35 – 54 months.
