Case heard by teleconference. Defendant still in wheelchair from injuries. Public Defender’s office was present in court, but did not represent him. He asked for Mr. Snow to represent him and was told that would be up to the PD’s office. The judge did not reduce or unsecure any of his bonds. There were three charges that had no bond (2nd kidnapping, both counts of Att 1st Deg Murder). The judge set the bonds for those at $50,000 for the kidnapping and $500,000 each for Att 1st Deg Murder.
