Felony Probation Violation 13 CRS 015519

Today’s PV has been rescheduled for January 2017
The defendant was not in court. When his name was read at
docket call the state explained that it had to be rescheduled because his PV could not be heard until his court case had been handled.

|Did ADA inform the judge of our presence?||
Given the explanation for why his PV had been allowed to
continue and rescheduled once again, the question comes up why put it on today’s docket in the first place.
The ADA was very helpful in explaining the protocol but could not offer any explanation why it was on today’s docket.
The PD (Judy Blevins) who represented every other of today’s defendants was not present, nor did she ever check in briefly.
