The Assistant DA discussed the Breaking & Entering and the items stolen. At a subsequent B&E on the same day, the homeowner arrived to find defendant and a co-defendant. Co-defendant was shot and Brinckley ran but was pursued and captured. Stolen items were found in vehicle.
The defense attorney asked for reduced, unsecured bond.
Judge Miller stated Brinckley was out on bond at the time of this arrest. “The Court is required to double the bond under these circumstances.” Judge Miller left bond unchanged and secured.
