Defendant pled not guilty.

Witness, J. D. Moore testified that he saw the defendant and 5 other males walking in the street. The defendant and one of the other men were shooting over their shoulders and turning around and shooting and laughing.

Defense attorney said that only the witness’ mother was listed on the police report. He didn’t think that the witness’ testimony should be considered.
