Mr. Boatwright’s co-defendant in the robbery was Jonathan Ramsey who was also in court for his bond hearing. He made no admissions to the robbery. There was some issues concerning the video surveillance on Shamrock Dr. bus stop and what was able to be seen on the video. Mr. Boatwright acknowledged he was at the bus stop. Also there is no victim to contest or agree with anything that is on the police report. Mr. Boatwright was arrested at the court house. Mr. Boatwright was arrested in the courthouse on April 17 prior to another court appearance.
