Notes:
Defendant fled the scene of residential burglary; he was apprehended following helicopter and canine search. In exchange for plea of guilty, Defendant was sentenced to 6 to 17 months in jail, which was suspended. Defendant was given 30 months’ supervised probation, court costs, restitution to victim of $1,000, must submit DNA sample and to be placed on Electronic Monitoring at discretion of probation officer.
