The State opposes any motion to continue because this is second arraignment; Defendant failed to appear for first arraignment. Public Defender Frazier stated that his client has to assume responsibility; however discovery was received on December 13 and he is not prepared. Following discussion with Judge Bell, case is continued for two days. Defendant has electronic monitor.
