Defendant entered a plea of guilty and admitted to habitual felon status. State dismissed 2nd B&E Conspiracy charge and 2nd Habitual Felon charge as part of plea deal. Defendant will serve an active sentence of 70 to 90 months in the Department of Corrections and pay $400 in attorney fees.

Notes:
The State read the account of B&E on April 14, 2015, and previous felony convictions dating back to July 2010. Defense stated defendant was 24 years old, single, and the father of six children, 3 boys and 3 girls. Defense attorney Frazier also stated that restitution cannot be made due to his need to support six children.
