. Mr. Crawford was sentenced to 8-19 months for the first count and a suspended sentence for the 2nd count. After leaving prison, he will be put on active probation for 2 ½ years. If he breaks his probation, he goes back to jail. He is not to be anywhere on Winterfield Place or Burner Drive after his release from prison.

This case was postponed until the afternoon session at 2:00 pm. The ADA Matt Rupp informed Judge Bridges that we were there from Court Watch for Mr. Crawford. We told Matt Rupp that we could not return to court for Mr. Helm’s case after lunch. He informed us that Judge Bridges would make the same ruling for Mr. Crawford as he did for Mr. Helms.
