Assistant District Attorney(s):
Matt Rupp
Defense Attorney/Public Defender:
Did ADA inform the judge of our presence?
This case was postponed until the afternoon session at 2:00 pm. The ADA Matt Rupp informed Judge Bridges that we were there from Court Watch for Mr. Crawford. We told Matt Rupp that we could not return to court for Mr. Helm’s case after lunch. He informed us that Judge Bridges would make the same ruling for Mr. Crawford as he did for Mr. Helms.
